e-Teleconferencing flat rate conferencing offers you the features of the latest in reservationless conference calling and the economics of 24/7 unlimited usage calling for one monthly rate.

Once you have received your dial-in telephone number and pin codes, you will now have the capability to hold your conference calls 24 by 7 without having to make reservations or go through operators. In addition to great service, you will only be paying one monthly fee for unlimited usage.

How It Works

To use the service, you will receive two pin codes. One pin code is for the moderator(s) and the other pin code is for the conferees.

1. Purchase your monthly subscription to unlimited conference calling. Prepay by credit card.

2. Let your participants know the conference date and time, the Dial-in Number and the Conferee Pin Code. A reservation is never needed; your numbers are on all the time.

3. When you dial in and enter your Moderator Pin Code, your conference call will begin.

The moderator pin code has the following features associated with it;

Press *2 - record your conference **

Press *4 - volume control

Press *5 - listen only mode

Press *6 - to mute (Each caller can mute their own phone)

If the moderator wants to place the conferees in "listen only", he presses *5 on his touch-tone phone. To return to interactive, he would press *5 again. It works like a toggle switch.

Need back-up recording services for your teleseminar?
